In July this year we rolled out a completely refreshed app for Metro Tasmania so that people using public transport all over Tasmania can plan their trips, view timetables and manage their Greencard.

In the first month usage of the app has grown to over 25,000 active users! So to celebrate we took a field trip to visit Metro HQ and checkout one of the buses advertising the new app.

We love working on projects that have a big impact and this app is something that makes a difference to the lives of thousands of Tasmanians every day.

Under the hood, the completely refreshed Metro app has some great new features including ability to favourite a bus stop near your home or work and quickly see the next service that will depart and mobile friendly timetables plus all the original features that allow users to manage their Greencard or plan a trip.
