Live Tracking arrives on the Metro Tasmania Website
If you’ve used the Metro Tasmania app within the last few years, you’ll already know how handy real-time bus tracking has been. No more guessing whether your bus is two minutes away or twenty. Now that same live tracking is also available directly on the Metro Tasmania website.
We’re proud to have worked with the team at Metro Tasmania to bring this feature to the web, giving Tasmanians another way to check exactly where their bus is, whether they’re planning ahead at home or checking on the go without opening the app.
It’s a small addition with a big impact on the day-to-day experience of travelling around Tasmania, and it reflects a broader trend we’re seeing across our clients: people expect real-time, useful information wherever they choose to look for it, not just in a single app or channel.
This update is another great achievement that comes from our collaborative efforts with the Metro Tasmania team, who continue to find smart ways to make their service easier to use.
